He felt desperately that cuts…..severe cuts in the Family Justice System, which precluded our deciding correctly and reasonably quickly where children should live, were so bad for the children, the parents and the future of the country; and so he really felt that he should take up arms against the Government and defend the Family Justice System from cuts so far as he could.
