I pride myself on being reasonably fit, or used to be.  When I was working near home I walked regularly and swam twice a week as the gym was on the way home.  However I’ve had problems with one of my legs and also as now work is here, there and everywhere my swimming and walking (both of which I love) have dropped off.

So off I go for a swim before going over to the site of my lighting project.  I walk to the gym, then afterwards walk up to the main stretch where I can get a bus (total about 30mins) to find I have left my Oyster pass at home.  To cut a long story short, I have walked at least 500 miles today.

I have a very active brain.

My leg hurts.
